Are you ready to lead a portfolio of global service and repair projects in the wind energy sector? As a project manager at 3WIS, you’ll play a key role in the green transition, responsible for developing and executing innovative solutions in the wind energy industry.
About the Position
As a project manager at 3WIS, you’ll lead a diverse range of international service and repair projects for wind turbines. In this role, you will also deliver comprehensive solutions, from concept development and design to mock-up production and validation tasks. This includes overseeing the entire process from design and production to on-site implementation – a core focus area for 3WIS moving forward. With direct client interaction, you’ll ensure projects are delivered to meet high standards, within budget and on schedule, and you’ll support the sales team in building a strong foundation for each project’s success.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Holds a degree as a marine engineer or similar, with at least three years of experience in the wind sector. A background as a tradesman and/or turbine technician is a plus
- Is hands-on and solutions-oriented with strong skills in project management, technical processes, and financial oversight
- Is experienced in navigating complex projects and can take ownership of the entire delivery, from concept to on-site implementation
