You will become part of our Production Engineering department consisting of 5 employees working on technical projects and tasks for our manufacturing sites in Middelfart in Denmark, Tianjin in China, Chennai in India from mid-August 2022, and Mexico Q2 2024.
About the job
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from internal analysis of ideas to scoping, implementation and realization. You need to be motivated by making optimization suggestions, as some of your projects are created by optimization ideas. You will use your personal understanding and skills in a broad range of aspects from design and engineering into manufacturing.
More specifically your primary responsibilities will be:
- End to end project management including establishing plans, budget management and logistic.
- Tracking and reporting project progress including risk mitigation and benefit analysis.
- Ensure installation of the technical set-up including necessary technical documentation, declaration of conformity, and CE marking.
- Securing proactive stakeholder management and project communication.
- Utilize your functional and process knowledge to support and challenge the projects you run.
About you
You hold at least a bachelor’s degree within Engineering Production, Mechanics, Electronics or similar, and have an in-depth proven track record of technical project management execution within manufacturing.
You are well versed in the usage of Microsoft Office and CAD – preferably VISION.
English is our company language, so you will need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking.
To succeed in this position, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on creating results and quality in your project deliveries. You thrive in a technical and outgoing role with many stakeholders of different backgrounds. You have a human understanding combined with excellent communication skills, and you are able to remove obstacles for the project. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and good collaboration skills.
You should expect 20–25 travel days yearly.
