- Software for 5G Satellite Communication

 

At Gatehouse Satcom, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and execute our product roadmaps with 5G satellite communication solutions.

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you’ll join a team of product managers responsible for collecting customer and market insights, defining product direction, and driving roadmaps for our portfolio. Your role is crucial in ensuring 5G NTN product alignment with market needs, technology platforms, and go-to-market readiness.

 

You’ll balance customer desires with what’s feasible for our development teams to deliver - on time and of the desired quality. You’ll also create and maintain the materials that enable sales success and seamless customer integration.

 

Expect variety in your daily work, from external communication and internal collaboration to business case development, sales support, strategy, and partnership building.

 

International travel may be required occasionally, as we operate in a global niche market.

 

About You
We envision that you hold a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and have experience in telecommunications or satellite communication. However, your core strength lies in your commercial minded approach and business acumen.

 

You excel at seeing the big picture in complex systems and identifying customer pains and product opportunities with strong value propositions and unique selling points.

 

You enjoy working across diverse teams - from dynamic sales professionals to deep technical experts - and can bridge both worlds to achieve successful outcomes.

Your Core Competencies Include:

• Structured and methodical product management.
• Effective communication and collaboration with both customers as well as commercial and technical teams.
• Leadership in technically complex solution environments.
• Experience with international customers and partnerships.

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Commercial management (e.g., pricing, revenue recognition, procurement).
• Business development and product strategy.
• Product portfolio and go-to-market planning.

You’re proactive, communicative, and decisive. You lead with clarity, plan effectively, and follow through with purpose.

 

Due to our international operations, it's essential that you are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
