About the job
In this role you’ll combine testing and quality assurance with implementation tasks and contribute with customer support, enabling us to deliver stable solutions and provide effective Tier‑3 support. There will be an opportunity to join partners and customers onsite for inspection and installation of solutions.
Your role will focus on:
Implementation & Customer Deliveries
- Prepare and execute installation and configuration of NodeB solutions in collaboration with customers and partners.
- Ensure operational documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in customer testing and acceptance phases, including on‑site or remote support during go‑live.
Support & Operations
- Participate in building a support function with clear processes, and SLAs.
- Act as a Tier‑3 supporter for complex issues, reproduce problems in the lab, and collaborate with development on fixes.
- Create troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials for internal and external teams.
Quality & Testing
- Contribute to acceptance and system testing to ensure deliveries are documented and production‑ready.
- Make sure test results and implementation feedback are translated into product and process improvements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce MTTR and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in retrospectives and drive initiatives that strengthen quality and support efficiency.
About you
You're currently excelling in a role as Software Tester, QA Engineer or Software Developer – and may have experience with performance and/or security testing.
Your experience could include:
- Experience in QA, system testing, support within telecom/satcom, or network solutions.
- Understanding of SW implementation processes, configuration, and operational readiness.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and customers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to documentation.
- Experience with customer support systems and SLA management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Given our niche's international scope, occasional travel to meet customers and partners is expected.
