- for Satellite Communication
At Gatehouse Satcom - A Cobham Satcom Company - we develop and deliver the technology that enables satellite networks to operate reliably across land, sea, air and space.
We're continuing to build our team and are looking for an experienced support manager with a passion for finding solid solutions and satisfied customers.
Background
For more than two decades, Gatehouse Satcom has been a specialist in standards-compliant satellite software, including 3GPP-based 5G Non-Terrestrial Network protocol stacks and validation platforms. 5G NTN remains our strategic north star as the industry moves toward standardized, direct-to-device satellite connectivity.
Since March 2026, Gatehouse Satcom has operated as an independent subsidiary of Cobham Satcom - pairing deep 5G NTN software expertise with the global reach of a leading satellite communications company.
The former Cobham Satcom Networks Division brought decades of experience in satellite ground infrastructure, including hub systems, modems, gateway equipment, and network management systems. These solutions power maritime, government and mobility markets worldwide, supporting LEO, MEO and GEO satellite systems.
Together, we now span a broader part of the satellite value chain - from 3GPP-based radio stacks and protocol layers to ground infrastructure, network control, and operational systems.
