Competency management made simple
Competency management module includes two modules - Formal Competencies and Competency Assessment:
- Formal competencies include the competencies that are popularly said to be 'on paper' - education, diploma courses, certifications...
- Competency assessments are about assessing the competencies that the employee demonstrates in carrying out their tasks - how the person performs.
The two modules work together - for example, you can carry out competency assessments prior to MUS interviews and from this assess the need for specific competency development activities.
