The Dialogue module allows you to handle all types of employee dialogues within the system.

Dialogue made simple

The module supports planning, notification, convening, implementation and follow-up on all types of employee dialogues.

Electronic forms, which you easily design yourself, are used as a basis for preparation and conclusion. As documentation of the conclusions, the forms can be equipped with digital approval of e.g. manager and employee.

Automated workflows ensures process management - creating the electronic form, convene for dialogue with an calendar booking and monitor the progress.

The module is used, among other things. for Performance Appraisals, Probationary Period Assessments, Salary Reviews and Sickess Absence Reviews.
