We have encountered an error in Outlook 2016, where calendar appointments created through an automated workflow change the formatted text to plaintext. For example links to forms to be used in connection with the meeting, will be deactivated.

We have therefore implemented a so-called workaround that removes the plaintext version of the calendar text.

It is a solution that needs to be 'handheld', ie It needs to be addressed by us in the workflow programme that forms the calendar appointments. But only if the company uses Outlook 2016.
