Based on the employee's profile, managers and employees are provided with a simple dialogue tool for assessing the employee's skills and development needs. As an organization, you get a comprehensive overview of you employees competencies and which you need to develop or attract.

Automated workflows support the competency assessment with invitation for subsequent competency interview.
