The module makes it easy to handle all phases from the development and lookup of courses, to the administration of enrollments and the finishing of completed courses.

Course administration is fully integrated with the competences module, so that course planning targets the needs for competence development that managers and employees continuously demand here - eg. in connection with onboarding and competency assessment.

Automated workflows ensure effective coordination and communication between HR/ Course administrator, managers and staff.
